Description

Corrugated metal hose for thin wall stainless steel tube body hydroforming, flexibility depends on the shape of the bellows, wave distance and wall thickness, is the main pressure parts in the modern industrial pressure pipeline, widely used in machinery, chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, food and other industries, to transport liquid, gas and semi-solid to provide flexible connection.

Advantages: high strength, high and low temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, absorption of vibration and noise, connection of misaligned rigid pipes, suitable for equipment that is frequently moved or dismantled.

The braided net is composed of one or more layers of stainless steel wire or steel belt braided to enhance the high-pressure resistance of the metal hose, not only prevent the longitudinal expansion of the hose caused by internal pressure, but also absorb the external tensile stress and protect the surface of the hose.

The connection method between bellows, mesh sleeve and joint includes welded, mechanically clamped and hybrid type.

Corrugated metal hose has two basic type

1.spiral corrugated metal hose, DN4mm-DN63.5mm, with thick wall, high bearing capacity, used in the occasion of little movement.

2.Ring corrugated metal hose, DN12mm-DN800mm, good softness, not easy to produce torsional stress, generally used in frequent sports or under conditions with relatively high life requirements.

3/Annular corrugated metal hose, DN12mm-DN800mm, good flexibility, not easy to produce torsional stress, generally used for frequent movement or relatively high life requirements of the conditions.
